To help maintain the oral health of our patients, we strive to develop long-lasting relationships that enable us to monitor patients' oral health as the years go on.
Our staff also wants to help you through each and every appointment.
We are excited to meet you for the first time, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
How long will your first visit take?
Your first appointment will take about 60 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. You may also complete the form* online before your visit.
*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.
Throughout your appointment, your dentist or hygienist will be happy to answer your questions about your dental health and treatment options.
What else can you expect?
During your first appointment at Greenbank Hunt Club Dental, we will familiarize ourselves with your dental history. To do this, we will:
- Review your dental history, including any issues you have regarding your dental health
- Perform a complete oral exam including x-rays to assess your oral health
- Create a comprehensive and personalized dental health plan
